My 26 year old Volvo 245's A/C went out on one of the hottest days thus far this year & I, being from out of town was advised to take it to EAS. I did and I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. As it turned out all it needed was a recharge but they really did a great job and I was most thankful for their help.
They did an amazing job of fixing my car and communicating with me about what was going on

Overall I would reccomend EAS, I was satisfied with the service they probably weren't pleased that I called twice a day for my vehicle Loll! Other than it took longer than I expected the wait was with it BC my vehicle runs great and I relauzed it took time to get tobthe root of the problem Jim EllisAudi not only tried to over charge any at least $1500 they wanted to fix things that didn't need fixing. I would refer EAS!
European Automotive Specialists is what every mechanic/shop should aspire to. The client experience begins with the first point of contact whether it is by phone or in person at the counter. Having someone handle this in such a friendly, professional manner is critical to a positive experience. Having your "issue" explained clearly and with options of solutions provides a high degree of comfort. Receiving your vehicle back ON TIME and without the extra 'add-ons' that are typically pressed on you at the end is a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend them, and do, to anyone I can. Kudos, EAS, you are doing it right!
