Don't even know where to start! Literally walked off street into shop looking for new place to take care of my Legendary Tripple Black 98 W140 S Class (LWB) . My German mechanic for past several years (Avondale) retired without warning. Talk about being in a panic to find a new shop to care for my non- smoke, garage kept, rarely driven in rain Benz. Let's start with Jacob, the owner; Forgot to mention with 170,000 miles, it was time for a new tranny and coincedentially I was having a new roof put on my home. I introduce myself to Jacob, pitch my car, how much it means to me and i like what I see, lm even getting a warm vibe from you and I'll give you a shot to earn my business, but it's going to have to wait several weeks( gotta take care of wife and kids first) This new roof thing! I left thinking, he's probably thinking he'll never see me again!! Well, about 6 weeks later i show up with car on flatbed. From that moment it was the beginning of the "finest and most professional "service I've ever experienced. From getting to know him and staff, treating me like an old friend and customer for years, making me feel at home, and most importantly providing me the most satisfactorily pricing to replace the transmission. When i say I felt like royalty, I'm not kidding, unbelievable in this 2017 where now a days this level of service and customer service is a rare gem! If you are lucky enough to read this review, you need not look any further for a better Mecedes Shop in Atlanta period. Didn't forget you either Patrick, Jacobs front man, this young man is very well versed and knowledgeable when it comes to addressing your repair issues and recommendations. Thank you guys, you have a customer for life, and like the terminator, I will be back. Mike Brown😾. Forgot to mention, my next oil change is on the house🙈, yes you heard me, what did I do to earn that? EAS is the shop period !
