Awesome experience. Dealer recommended new pads/rotors on f-type on Friday. Took it in to EAS this morning and collected tonight. Job done. And saved $300 over dealer estimate. First time I have used EAS, very impressed. Will be using them for services moving forward.

So unprofessional and inconsiderate! Dont go in with an insurance policy, they will get as much money as possible with less effort as possible! Took my car there for them to replace the turbo charger and ended with a bunch of more repairs that did not solve the problem just for them to tell me to take it to Mercedes to PAY for a diagnostic (that was supposed to be done with them) bring it back and they will “fix it”! Remind you they had my car for 3 + months! I honestly feel like they never replaced the turbo charger! I advise you to take your car somewhere else
