My first experience with EAS was September 2022, in which my husband was looking for a reputable mechanic to service my Mercedes SUV. He found EAS and they performed a tune up & oil change more reasonably priced than our usual charge at MB. Now recently, in June 2023, my husband chose EAS to diagnose a vehicle warning; unfortunately it was needing an alternator replacement, however it was fixed within ONE business day!! I was so happy!! I first used EAS last year to do the recommended rotors/pads work on my Jaguar F-Type following it’s service at Hennessy. They were awesome. So when the annual service came due this year I had them do that, knowing that the tires were going to need replacing based on the prior year’s service. Once again the customer service was exceptional. Fitted me in the next day, responsive to any questions, clear pricing, and a joy to deal with. It also helps when they again come in cheaper on every element. Great local company. They even gave the car a full hand wash.
