I have been using EAS to maintain my older Mercedes for several years. I cannot say enough about the excellent service I have received. They always show great respect and patience with my many questions. They know exactly what needs to be done. Their charges are extremely reasonable, and they always stand behind their work. They show the highest integrity, and I know I can trust them to help me keep my older car running well.

You do a great job with the service I feel you give me good options on how best to proceed with the repairs. The car is well serviced I very much appreciate that. I think you need to do a better job communicating with me ( sometimes I do net get called back as promised. Thank you

Identified problem then made suggestion to repair.... after research found that repairs and labor covered by warranty. I appreciate their honesty.
