They kept my BMW 650i for a month. Once it was received they Put wrong and use module parts. They also by passed my wires for my satellite radio. I will never refer or use them again.
Mrs. Chatman, our team felt that we were doing all we could to keep you informed with what was going on with your vehicle. As this was an insurance claim and warranty repair, we offered you the option of using used parts to lessen, or entirely omit, your $500 insurance deductible for the repairs and you agreed. In doing so, your deductible was removed, and used parts were used in your vehicle. As there was extensive water and insect damage in your trunk it caused severe damage to those modules, and the process took more time and work to be done accurately, and to ensure all damage from the ants and the water was removed and repaired correctly. Your vehicle was released before payment was paid in full, which is outside of normal company policy, while we awaited the last check from your insurance company. We offered for you to bring the vehicle back, and pay for a rental car, while we fixed the satellite radio module, that had been bypassed before entering our shop. We did all we could to help, and rectify any issues once repairs were initially completed. This review honestly comes as a shock as we did all we could to go over and beyond in assisting you with your vehicle and its repair. -The EAS Service Team
