I really appreciate the services I received at EAS. My car was in need of repair after my starter died , leaving me stranded more then 20 miles from home. I called EAS , they advised me what to do and also arranged for my car to be towed to their shop. To my surprise the shop was still opened well after business hours servicing my needs and others 2 days before Christmas. The manager was sensitive to my need for transportation being that my Daughter was on leave from the Navy for Christmas. My daughter was so grateful that they had my car ready the following day so that we could continue with her plans while home on leave. Words can not truly express our gratitude for the exceptional service that EAS provided for us. THANK YOU. MERRY CHRISTMAS to the staff at EAS and their families.

I came to know European Automotive specialist about 2 years ago. I decided to try them after tiring of driving to Buckhead to service my 8 year old car that is out of warranty. I have come to know and trust the management at European Automotive to give me an accurate report on what's needs to be done and to provide the service in a timely fashion. Recently, I was pleasantly surprised by them that part of my service was still under warranty and they arranged to have the work done by the dealer and returned the car to me in record time.

Jacob and his team do an excellent job working on my 14 year old BMW.The customer service is great and I have felt comfortable taking my car there year after year.

Even though I got the news I didn't want to hear about my car, the service I did asked for was fairly quick and explained in details. Any European cars I have trouble with, I'm bringing them back here to get looked at.

I received great customer service and communication when I entered the establishment. I received a diagnosis in a timely manner and they proceeded to start on my car as soon they finished explaining the problem. My experience with EAS was great and I will do business with them again and also recommend them to family and friends.

I had my car towed to the shop one night. The next morning Patrick explained to me the problem he found with my vehicle. My car was fixed in a matter of days with a complete print out of all repairs. The customer service was great. I was also told how soon to return for upkeep. I felt like Patrick was very knowledgeable and he made me feel comfortable with him. My car runs great. no complaints

I brought my 2011 Volvo xc70 (wagon) for the 60k service--it was my first experience with EAS. Patrick, explained what the car needed and helped me decide prioritize the services that were most needed and the ones that I could put off for a bit. (He has excellent customer service skills and there was no hard sell.) Even though Patrick offered to take me home, I elected to wait on the car and that took several hours! (What was I thinking!) However, the waiting room was comfortable and pleasant; wifi is available and everyone who came through the doors during the time that I was there was treated with courtesy and respect. EAS will be my new "go to" place to service the car. C.W.
