New to town, I was glad to find a shop that is responsive, pleasant, and professional. My issue was diagnosed and repair made quickly. Price was reasonable and they really kept me in the loop. Will continue to use them.

European Motors is by far the best service place in DeKalb County. I have been a faithful customer for over a year and every visit I am provided excellent customer service. The staff is great and prices are the best in town. Keep up the great work.

Great Service. I have a BMW 750IL as most BMW owners would agree the maintenance can be pretty expensive. I have now been a customer of European Automotive now for a little over a year I must say I am impressed with the overall customer service and most important with knowing that my vehicle is capable knowledge technicians. By far in DeKalb County they are the best.

You worked me in as a ‘walk-in’ customer and the Mercedes mechanic came out and spent time with me. He looked at my "customer owned" part, validated it was the correct part and let me know other things it needed to be complete. Great job on all fronts....

My vehicle was repaired and there has been no issues with the repair work.

I was able to have my car towed there and receive excellent and quick service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and and professional. I would definitely recommend European Automotive to anyone looking for mechanics and service providers that can trust to do excellent, reliable work.

I am always please with my service. Often times I've taken my car to a place and they don't know how to do certain things because of it being a Volvo. You guys have gotten it right every time. Takes alot of my anxiety of going in for service away.
