Patrick is the absolute BEST! I made a last minute appt., but EAS was able to take my car and fix it timely. I would absolutely recommend their service, as they will tell you exactly what's wrong with your car and fix it accordingly. You will not get any BS service from EAS. Again, thank you so much.

I brought my car in to get a diagnostic on tuesday and was told it would be ready in one business day. Thursday came and i went in to get my vehicle and was still not given my diagnostic. I paid for the diagnostic and i have yet to receive it a week later. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here

Hi Kjen, Apologies for the confusion and inconvenience from your experience at EAS. We have been 7-10 days minimum on diagnostic and services for quite a while. We try to let all of our customers know and ask for patience during these busy months with high volume of cars. If any questions during services, we ask customers to call for status updates so to save on travel times. I do apologize you had to make a trip to come in and the car was not ready yet.
