You do a great job with the service I feel you give me good options on how best to proceed with the repairs. The car is well serviced I very much appreciate that. I think you need to do a better job communicating with me ( sometimes I do net get called back as promised. Thank you

Identified problem then made suggestion to repair.... after research found that repairs and labor covered by warranty. I appreciate their honesty.

my fuel pump went out last sat. morning, and while I was stressed out dealing with getting the car towed, getting my daughter to daycare, and trying to figure out how I was going to get to work, Patrick remained cailm and helpful on the phone. they made sure that the care was looked at that day so I would have the time to figure out what to do next. and had the car fixed by the end of the day on Monday. price was around where I expected it to be, and they did a fantastic job. not only will I recommend them to others I will be returning... hopefully not too soon though :)
