One star only because, I had to make an option. Horrible customer service. Poor communication, disrespectful front line staff. I was spoken to like I was begging for free service, I had the phone hung up on me while I was describing my issues with the poor service I received. Tried calling upper management “owners” to no avail (cell phone). The “person” called me back at 1040PM, how is this professional? I would never recommend anyone nor would I ever leave my vehicle at this location again!
Hi Kizzy, The experience you had at EAS is definitely not ok. It is out of character for anyone to make late return calls or be any sort of disrespectful. We do have a very knowledgeable and professional staff that enjoy informing all customers of what will be performed and how on their vehicles during work hours. I apologize if that came off as disrespectful and if you did not feel heard with feedback. Hopefully, the end result of services rendered make up for the hiccup.
