They took a week just to let me know what was wrong with the car. No communication, I had to keep calling them trying to get information. They need more mechanics or a bigger space. Will not be returning or referring them.
Hi Roberta, Yes, I completely agree we do need more help so we do let all customers know the turnaround time to have the cars inspected are longer than usual. We are happy to refer customers if they are on a time crunch as well. Each day we do try to update customers that call in with any updated information. We try to be as transparent as possible.
