I wouldn't suggest making this place my 1st option. I called one week before bringing my car in and asked could they install a RS grill on my Audi since they claim to do collision repair i would think a simple grill install wouldn't be major work. Called spoke with a service advisor said they could do the work, quoted me the price, and 3 hrs of labor all which is good and expected. But i took the day off arrived at opening to be told we don't do that service. They're website and service advisors are misleading. Do not take your time to go here. Poor service and I drove from Cherokee county. I do NOT RECOMMEND!

When picking up my daughter's car immediately an issue was spotted when she sat in the car and found a piece of item sitting on top of the rear view mirror and the mirror just barely hanging to the windshield. I returned back into the shop to inform them of the problem. I was told they knew nothing of the issue and would not address it until they spoke with the technician. I asked that it be put in writing that I was informing someone of the issue and was told NO we don't do that. Also found out that the windshield wipers were not working and was told that I would have to make another appointment for a later date if I wanted the problem looked at even if the problem didn't exist before the car was brought in. Lacking basic customer service...
