I received great customer service and communication when I entered the establishment. I received a diagnosis in a timely manner and they proceeded to start on my car as soon they finished explaining the problem. My experience with EAS was great and I will do business with them again and also recommend them to family and friends.

I had my car towed to the shop one night. The next morning Patrick explained to me the problem he found with my vehicle. My car was fixed in a matter of days with a complete print out of all repairs. The customer service was great. I was also told how soon to return for upkeep. I felt like Patrick was very knowledgeable and he made me feel comfortable with him. My car runs great. no complaints

I brought my 2011 Volvo xc70 (wagon) for the 60k service--it was my first experience with EAS. Patrick, explained what the car needed and helped me decide prioritize the services that were most needed and the ones that I could put off for a bit. (He has excellent customer service skills and there was no hard sell.) Even though Patrick offered to take me home, I elected to wait on the car and that took several hours! (What was I thinking!) However, the waiting room was comfortable and pleasant; wifi is available and everyone who came through the doors during the time that I was there was treated with courtesy and respect. EAS will be my new "go to" place to service the car. C.W.

These guys were very nice and I think did a great job on the car and gave me a good price for the repairs. The leak in the car was a bit hard to find and repair and took 2 trips to get it right but the customer service made all that much more palatable.

I have a Mercedes 430 that had major computer problems. Nothing worked and I could not turn car engine off. I stopped at Sears automotive and they said I had a major problem and their was a Mercedes Repair specialist at 285 & Memorial Dr. From the exterior EAS was not that impressive but upon entering EAS was a first class operation. The Service writers were very knowledgeable and professional. They corrected my computer problems and advised me there was a transmission problem. Their was a transmission leakage. Their diagnosis could have been a major expense but advised me the expense would be 400.00. In closing I would strongly recommend EAS. A very professional shop.
