I reached out to European Automotive Specialists last week after submitting an online estimate request a few weeks ago to have my brake pads and rotors replaced. Since I never received a response, I called to follow up. I was told I’d need to submit the estimate request again online—even though it would be my second time. The person I spoke to mentioned he was current on estimates and should be able to get back to me within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I never heard back. It’s disappointing because I genuinely wanted to patronize this business, and find someone who would work on my vehicle long term (whenever I have issues) but I was never given the opportunity. While my low rating isn't based on any work performed, I believe communication is a reflection of overall service. If it’s this difficult just to get a quote, I’d be concerned about the experience of having actual work done.
