The staff is exceptionally nice and experienced. I was traveling through Georgia when I had a mechanical issue. I stopped here and was taken right away and they got me in and out in no time, successfully caring for the issue! Plus, they had the cutest and friendliest shop dog who was ready for pets. Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with this repair shop! They quickly diagnosed and fixed our car’s air conditioning, which had completely stopped working—just in time for the warm weather. Even more impressive, they finally resolved a recurring whining noise that other shops couldn’t figure out. The team was professional, honest, and clearly very knowledgeable. These guys at EAS European automotive are the place to go if you ever need your car fixed, they are definitely good on price and will handle your car with care, I have couple work done here already and every time I leave with a smile on my face, without having to worry or wonder if the same problem is coming back up. I am a real person telling you if you have any problem with your car pls see these guys first you will be happy for sure.

I reached out to European Automotive Specialists last week after submitting an online estimate request a few weeks ago to have my brake pads and rotors replaced. Since I never received a response, I called to follow up. I was told I’d need to submit the estimate request again online—even though it would be my second time. The person I spoke to mentioned he was current on estimates and should be able to get back to me within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I never heard back. It’s disappointing because I genuinely wanted to patronize this business, and find someone who would work on my vehicle long term (whenever I have issues) but I was never given the opportunity. While my low rating isn't based on any work performed, I believe communication is a reflection of overall service. If it’s this difficult just to get a quote, I’d be concerned about the experience of having actual work done.

These guys did a great job swapping out my bad transmission on a Passat in record time. 4 months later and everything is running smoothly, I’m glad I chose this place.
