Edit: I am pleased to say that the owner called to speak with me about the issues with my vehicle. Though I should have expressed my concerns before leaving the shop I am happy that Patrick gave me a call, and explained these issues with further details. We also spoke of solutions, making me feel more comfortable returning here in the future. I can say now that knowing how much they care, and value their work makes me feel more comfortable coming back to this shop. I am so grateful for the time they took to speak with me, as it truly means a lot! Review: My dad has been bringing his vehicles to this company for years now, and naturally due to this relationship I trusted them. This past August, I needed to get my cars oil changed. I brought the vehicle to this shop and received a text stating a list of other issues the vehicle has. This is normal, except for the fact that some of the issues had been worked on previously by them... I decided to proceed with the oil change, and told them I'd pass on the other services. Now in December, I take my car back to this shop for a tire change, oil change, and to change my headlight beams. Unfortunately I couldn't get my tires done which is fine; however, they send me a text with a list of completely different issues than before along with a call saying that the drip pan was stripped really badly and would need to be replaced though they have been the only ones changing the oil. I feel that these services are inaccurate, and this company is trying to get as much money from you as possible due to your possible lack of knowledge about your vehicles issues. I will not be returning, and will find another shop to take my vehicle to.
