So far so good. My vehicle has been running smoothly since I picked it up from EAS. They are truly a busy bunch. That speaks to the quality of their work. I had an exhaust issue.which they diagnosed and corrected. Thank you EAS.

I have always received first class service from EAS. Patrick is a great leader who always ensures great customer service.

EAS has maintained my 335D since about 90k miles. From oil changes to ECU tuning, they've done a range of upgrades and repairs. What stands out is the ratio of quality of service to price. (In the last few years, only one service has been done by another shop - which was a quick repair. The cost was significantly higher than EAS would have been and, while their service was comparable, communication was a bit dismissive and impersonal.) EAS is more open about what they are doing and why they are doing it. If you own a diesel BMW, you might want to talk to EAS about what they can do to increase longevity and decrease maintenance costs. If I had known at 60k miles what I know at 120k, I would have had modifications made to sidestep expensive issues down the road. Now I'm making those modifications, and I know EAS is the best place to have them done. In short, I'm confident EAS is Atlanta's best service shop for European vehicles, based on my experience.

I have used EAS for repairs on different BMWs I have owned over the years, and I am very satisfied with their work, reasonable cost in relation to the dealerships, integrity and the ability to get the job done in a reasonable time. Only four stars because they need to update the waiting area bathroom.

Awesome customer service. Headed here after having the second headlight died on me Friday night. They were quick to diagnose issue and got the part installed and me out the door. Also looked at another issue mentioned by my local MB dealership that does my frequent repair. EAS was able to complete it for a much lower amount. I will definitely use them when and if I have major issues while in the metro Atlanta or surrounding area. Patrick (service manager) and Lee (tech for my headlights and door lock) were excellent. They answered my questions, calmed any fears, and gave me great tips for other items at another time. Love this place and will definitely be back. Suggest that you definitely make an appt or at least know what's happening first or have the part. Excellent customer service, quality certified work and reputable business. I passed this place as a child living in Decatur so many times, now I have experienced it and cannot go the dealer again.
