10/3/2018 UPDATED SO MY FIRST REVIEW WAS ON 8/30/18 THAT'S THE INFO YOU SEE BELOW, MY UPDATE IS LONG OVER DUE BECAUSE I HAVE MY CAR SERVICED HERE ON 9/8/18 PATRICK CALLED ME BACK O THE ORIGINAL DATE OF REVIEW AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE BEHAVIOR OF THE COUNTER PERSON, HE ALSO WAS ABLE TO GET ME IN PROMPTLY AND WHEN I ARRIVED EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING NOT TO MENTION PATRICK SAVED ME OVER HALF THE COST OF WHAT EVERYONE ELSE WAS QUOTING SO I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU GUYS AND WILL BE A FUTURE CONSUMER AS WELL If i could give zero stars I would. I requested a quote online yesterday and when i called this morning at 11 was told the manager was at lunch, then when i called back @ 1:30 was told the same thing when i mention that i was told the same thing at 11 the guy on the phone got really snippy with me. Being that I'm someone that could've been a potential customer, I wanted to let you guys know, because of the way he treated me on the phone, I am now NO LONGER INTERESTED IN YOUR SERVICES. Who ever is answering the phone in the service department needs some customer service training.

EAS provides excellent and timely service each time I take in my car. I’ve had a lot of problems with my vehicle this year, and EAS has diagnosed each one quickly and found the most cost-effective solution every time. Patrick especially communicates well and cares for his customers. I’m thankful they are in Decatur!

I have a Mercedes 2004 and have been a faithful customer for 10 years. From routine maintenance to extensive repairs, Patrick is the epitome of excellent customer service. He is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy at all times. Prices are very reasonable and will work with you in prioritizing repairs that can be done in the future. I often elect to wait while my car is being service.. I have witnessed the same excellent courteous service displayed by Patrick and the staff to all other customers. When I had extensive repairs done , Patrick would not let me wait and SENT ME HOME IN AN UBER!! I was truly thankful to be able wait in the comfort of my own home. Thanks to Patrick ,. I still own my Mercedes because at times I thought about trading but he convinced me otherwise. Needless to say, he has kept my car serviced in EXCELLENT running condition.. PATRIICK AND STAFF- Y’ALL ROCK!!!
