I always seem to come in with a weird, unexpected issue and these guys always do a good job and do it quickly. I've also come in a few times with stuff under warranty, and they've always turned it around and fixed it for free with no complaints and got the car back the same day.

First off, Edward is a GODSEND!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind! I was so stressed out and he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. My car is doing great now and I will definitely be back! Patrick was a HUGE help as well. If you take your car to this place you’ll be in awesome, capable hands! 5 Star service all the way!! My second visit in a year. Returned for free oil change, yes, free oil change, on the house, on European Auto Specialist, because this is how they do things!! Not only do they provide dealership service not matched by any dealer in Atlanta. They, Jacob( owner) Patrick ( right hand man) and Edward( protege) and entire staff go over and beyond to provide what I believe to be the service for European cars in Atlanta period. Also needed needed a radiator ( coolant leak) and Vaule Cover gaskets ( both sides) for my beautiful 1998 S Class, Mint Condition. Pulled in in a Monday, out by Wednesday despite 2 big jobs ahead of me. Best and most reasonable pricing in Atlanta, most bang for your buck. Superb service!!! Also if you are a pet lover, Jacob has the most adorable black pit puppy name Turbo, wanted to take the little fella home with me . Live you guys. Thank you? Could not be more satisfied with the care and attention to detail given my W140 S Class. Patrick, you’re the best young man, you keep doing what you doing. Your passion is evident. Mike Brown 😾

Decided to go here instead of dealership for my insp, service check and oil change. First, and Last, time not using dealer. All simple tasks to complete for an experience mechanic (one would think), went very wrong. Within 24 hours of pickup, every ounce of oil that was in the vehicle was dumped out onto my driveway. Called and told them. They advised me to come in but advised they would not agree to pay for tow until after I had it brought in and had it looked at (their discretion on whether it was worth their paying). I decided against and looked for myself. Found the oil filter was not screwed on. There was barely one thread holding it in place. Took leave for a day --- the next day(I informed them right about opening time, their partnered tow truck comp arrived at approximately 2015, so the work had to be done the next day). Upon pick up that day, I noted a big scratch/rub to the bottom of left rocker panel and smaller scratch to the front bumper Conveniently, they dont do Intake inspection so it's just a "we didnt do it". I asked the manager Patrick for a full refund, and he told me the best he could do was give me a free oil change as if I'd come back. Wouldnt allow me to speak to anyone higher . Reply to survey that came after a month or so. Msg to call Patrick. Called, he was busy, never got a call back. The job costed me near $400 Not to mention getting it fixed and missing work. Also ended up throwing the oil computer system off. Had to have it fixed by dealership. This all occurred some months back.
