Great service. Brought my car in for a tune up and it was completed same day. I dropped my car off and they sent me a text with the diagnostic results and the total cost. Everyone was professional and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I think since I was getting the recommended services, the diagnostic cost should have been removed but idk if that is standard or not.

Everytime my car is serviced I know my vehicle will be checked thoroughly! Patrick is knowledgeable with impeccable customer service. I would not take it anywhere else.

My first experience with EAS was September 2022, in which my husband was looking for a reputable mechanic to service my Mercedes SUV. He found EAS and they performed a tune up & oil change more reasonably priced than our usual charge at MB. Now recently, in June 2023, my husband chose EAS to diagnose a vehicle warning; unfortunately it was needing an alternator replacement, however it was fixed within ONE business day!! I was so happy!!
