Recentanly had the Crew put in a custom cluster (color dail kit) display. Wow.. This Team does magic. Great job guys!! Its never a dull day in the Jungle

They seem to be a very busy shop. Twice I completed their online form for a quote but never received any response. I only received an actual quote after paying the $130 diagnostic fee (which was not deducted from the cost of the repair.) The quote was a little high for my tastes (but the saying goes you get what you pay for.) Needless to say, I had my car towed to a different shop to have it repaired so I have no knowledge of this shop’s mechanical expertise when actually repairing cars. While all the employees were kind- I will most likely not return to this shop for work based on the amount of time it took to complete my diagnostic(this shop had my car for 6 days) and the projected cost.

Had some work done to my GLI a few months ago. Everything was great. I recently got a letter from VW saying that the issue that was fixed was covered under warranty. I couldn't find my paperwork anywhere (moved twice during 2020 madness.) I showed up out of the blue to this shop and asked if they could reprint the paperwork for me for a warranty claim. They printed it right up and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They were very nice about it. I expected good service when I originally brought my car in. I didn't expect to be treated so great when I returned months later asking for a favor due to my own irresponsibility. That's going above and beyond. Very grateful. Will go back whenever I have any other issues with my car that I can't handle on my own.

Great service! Very knowledgeable and experienced technicians. I’ve been taking my Mercedes to EAS for 4 years and plan to continue to trust them with my vehicle’s service. Sorry, I don’t remember the name of the tall guy with the glasses at the desk, but he took the time to explain what I needed to know about a condition they fixed in order for me to take a long trip to ensure the car relearn the correct way.
