Original review: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If you just wanna let a bunch of young guys play on your car for a couple weeks, go here. You will pay dealer prices for sloppy work. My Benz had an engine misfire and needed an alignment. EAS quoted me 1 day to fix it. EAS took *14* DAYS to complete the job!! I asked for daily updates on the work and was constantly given the run around about why the service had to be delayed. This company is HORRIBLE, from top to bottom. I really wanted to support a local business and now I really regret it. I should've taken my car to the dealership from the get-go. They say that their waiting room is closed due to COVID, but none of the employees even wear masks. They don't care about COVID. They just don't want customers sitting in the waiting area because they know they LIE about their service times. I've since taken my Benz to RBM of Atlanta who gave me a free courtesy car and completed necessary maintenance on my car for a very reasonable price (far less than EAS' prices). I suggest you do the same. Update to original review: EAS reached out to me due my original review and offered to make things right. I appreciate their offer and gave them a second chance. I am very pleased with how Sue the HR representative addressed my concerns. However, I paid $1000 for a fuel injector replacement and received a dirty, grease stained car back and multiple loose screws in my engine. EAS pays no attention to detail, so I'm telling you now...GO TO RBM of ATLANTA. RBM of Atlanta's service and quality is UNMATCHED. I will never return to EAS.
Hi Cori, I am very sorry to hear about your experience with us. We strive to provide the best service in the most reasonable time. We have been extremely busy for months and ask all of our customers to please be patient as any service is typically quoted to take more than 10 days excluding a few exceptions such as oil change. I apologize for any misunderstanding if someone mentioned 1 day. We do not push out cars as fast as other shops because proper safety after completion is the most important. We do hope the car is running smoothly now. Also, I assure you our waiting area is open and although very small, we allow any customer to stay and chat. Masks are also optional as most of our regular customers and staff are vaccinated. Being a small company, we do not provide courtesy cars (no physical space for inventory unfortunately). However, what we do consistently provide is a knowledgeable and honest staff in addition to reliable service.
