The service and experience was terrible. Had my car for 3 weeks. Everytime I called to ask for an expected date the dates continued to change. “By the end of the week” “oh we haven’t looked at it possibly the middle of next week” “ we couldn’t look at maybe early next week” which left me having to get a rental without an expectation of when I would getting my car back costing me an extra $1200. Then they call and ask me for a deposit without even a diagnostic done on my car but once i paid the deposit it was magically fixed the same day with an expectation date of “ Early that next week”. I usually come here to get my A and B service but this experience was the absolute worst. Not to mention my key case was stolen and air conditioning isn’t working since I received it back.

Original review: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If you just wanna let a bunch of young guys play on your car for a couple weeks, go here. You will pay dealer prices for sloppy work. My Benz had an engine misfire and needed an alignment. EAS quoted me 1 day to fix it. EAS took *14* DAYS to complete the job!! I asked for daily updates on the work and was constantly given the run around about why the service had to be delayed. This company is HORRIBLE, from top to bottom. I really wanted to support a local business and now I really regret it. I should've taken my car to the dealership from the get-go. They say that their waiting room is closed due to COVID, but none of the employees even wear masks. They don't care about COVID. They just don't want customers sitting in the waiting area because they know they LIE about their service times. I've since taken my Benz to RBM of Atlanta who gave me a free courtesy car and completed necessary maintenance on my car for a very reasonable price (far less than EAS' prices). I suggest you do the same. Update to original review: EAS reached out to me due my original review and offered to make things right. I appreciate their offer and gave them a second chance. I am very pleased with how Sue the HR representative addressed my concerns. However, I paid $1000 for a fuel injector replacement and received a dirty, grease stained car back and multiple loose screws in my engine. EAS pays no attention to detail, so I'm telling you now...GO TO RBM of ATLANTA. RBM of Atlanta's service and quality is UNMATCHED. I will never return to EAS.

Hi Cori, I am very sorry to hear about your experience with us. We strive to provide the best service in the most reasonable time. We have been extremely busy for months and ask all of our customers to please be patient as any service is typically quoted to take more than 10 days excluding a few exceptions such as oil change. I apologize for any misunderstanding if someone mentioned 1 day. We do not push out cars as fast as other shops because proper safety after completion is the most important. We do hope the car is running smoothly now. Also, I assure you our waiting area is open and although very small, we allow any customer to stay and chat. Masks are also optional as most of our regular customers and staff are vaccinated. Being a small company, we do not provide courtesy cars (no physical space for inventory unfortunately). However, what we do consistently provide is a knowledgeable and honest staff in addition to reliable service. Hello , Patric was very helpful and professional , he took the time to explain details of what is wrong and what needs to be done which is very appreciated since as a woman I don’t know anything about the car and even though I was told I will hear from them in a week on my car and I told them that if they can make it faster I will appreciate it , they actually got back to me in one day , just awesome , I will recommend your company to others and am definitely coming back for services from now on .... Great communication with service and trustworthy diagnostics

One star only because, I had to make an option. Horrible customer service. Poor communication, disrespectful front line staff. I was spoken to like I was begging for free service, I had the phone hung up on me while I was describing my issues with the poor service I received. Tried calling upper management “owners” to no avail (cell phone). The “person” called me back at 1040PM, how is this professional? I would never recommend anyone nor would I ever leave my vehicle at this location again!

Hi Kizzy, The experience you had at EAS is definitely not ok. It is out of character for anyone to make late return calls or be any sort of disrespectful. We do have a very knowledgeable and professional staff that enjoy informing all customers of what will be performed and how on their vehicles during work hours. I apologize if that came off as disrespectful and if you did not feel heard with feedback. Hopefully, the end result of services rendered make up for the hiccup.
