Overall I would reccomend EAS, I was satisfied with the service they probably weren't pleased that I called twice a day for my vehicle Loll! Other than it took longer than I expected the wait was with it BC my vehicle runs great and I relauzed it took time to get tobthe root of the problem Jim EllisAudi not only tried to over charge any at least $1500 they wanted to fix things that didn't need fixing. I would refer EAS!

Having someone handle this in such a friendly, professional manner is critical to a positive experience. Having your "issue" explained clearly and with options of solutions provides a high degree of comfort. Receiving your vehicle back ON TIME and without the extra 'add-ons' that are typically pressed on you at the end is a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend them, and do, to anyone I can. I've been to the Decatur location a few times. Every experience was pleasant. The wait was not as long as dealership and the mechanics were nice . They explained the condition of my vehicle where I understood what was needed and the recommendations. The prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend these guys!
