European motors are my new mechanics. My car have been there twice with great repairs both times. They will not return your car until absolutely sure it's repaired correctly. After spending $3100 on repairs a year ago, I had my Benz towed in because it wouldn't start and EAS charged $250 for a new battery, they had my car for a month with no concrete info as to what was wrong. I get a call saying the power steering needs to be replaced for $1400 and if I dont come and get the car since I will not authorize them to do the repair, they threatened to charge a storage fee. UPDATE: Patrick and I were able to work something out with my car. We agree the car still needs some work but it is driveable and was repaired at a reasonable price. Additionally, I was never violent but very angry at the conflicting information I had from another employee. Glad we were able to come to an agreement.

I had recently purchased a 2009 Maserati Quattroporte and needed work done to repair a loose front strut. I considered the dealer but knew that they would be far away and pricey. Fortunately, I was lucky to come across European Automotive Specialists in Decatur, Georgia. The service I received was impeccable and the work on the car was excellent. The technician took a ride with me in my car, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts ordered and then had the work done in one day! And, it was significantly cheaper than the dealer quote. The car now sounds awesome! I truly am blessed to have come across European Automotive Specialists. I feel so much more comfortable that my car will always be in good hands and that I now have a friend in the business who can accommodate my worries, answer my questions and work with my crazy schedule. They even communicate by text which I think goes beyond expectations. I feel so much better!
